Academic Integrity Quiz

Welcome to the SPHHS Code of Academic Integrity Quiz. As a student of the SPHHS, you are required to take the quiz before the start of your second semester. The purpose of the quiz is to demonstrate your understanding of the policies and principles of the Code of Academic Integrity (the "Code"). SPHHS faculty, staff, and students are held to the highest standard in all academic activities. The Code provides the details of this standard.

To access the quiz, click on the link below and enter your Gwid number. To pass the quiz, you must score 80% (12/15). When you pass, you will receive a congratulations message and you are finished. If you must retake the quiz, you will be directed back to the quiz. You may take the quiz as many times as necessary to demonstrate understanding. You must complete the quiz successfully before the start of your second semester in any SPHHS program.

Tips:

  • Print out a copy of the Code for easy reference.
  • Have a dictionary or other language reference guide available in case you need to look up unfamiliar words.
  • In some cases a situation is not black or white or A, B, C. Students should know that the ultimate determination of guilt or innocence in a charge is what was more likely to have happened. There can be doubt of wrong doing on the part of a student, but if the preponderance of evidence (51%) says it was wrong versus 49% that it wasn't, the student should be found in violation of the Code.
