The Link between Obesity and the Time Adolescents Spend Alone
Brief Project Description
Lead Investigator: Wayne Miller, PhD
The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between obesity and the amount of time adolescents (6th-8th grade) spend alone after school, between 3PM and midnight, Monday through Thursday. The project will also determine whether adult supervision enhances time for after-school physical activity among middle-school students.
