KidsAct! Anti-Tobacco Advocacy Program Evaluation

The KidsAct! educational program teaches middle school students skills such as letter writing and persuasive communication in the context of anti-tobacco advocacy. This experimental program has been implemented at a number of middle schools, primarily in the mid-Atlantic region. The program evaluation project is designed to quantitatively measure the impact of the program on its goal of increasing interest, skills, and actions in anti-tobacco advocacy in the population.
