Brief Project Description

CHSRP analyzes health laws and policies under consideration or in implementation, as well as federal and state court decisions, and assesses their impact on health policy, health care, and public health. Research topics span the full spectrum of health policy:

Health information law

CHSRP researchers engage in extensive and ongoing analysis of the legal issues that arise in the transformation of health information, with a particular emphasis on issues affecting the development of the health information capacity needed to support health care quality improvement and to reduce health disparities.
