Evaluation of the BodyWorks Toolkit

The overall purpose of this project is to evaluate the Office of Women's Health (OWH) Bodyworks Tookit. The BodyWorks Toolkit is a program developed by OWH which targets mothers and is designed to help them to increase physical activity and improve nutritional practices among their adolescent daughters. The major goal of this contract is to (1) conduct an evaluation of the impact of BodyWorks on awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and practices of parents and adolescent girls in relation to physical activity and nutrition, (2) determine the most effective strategies for ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of the BodyWorks program.
