Current HIV/AIDS Research Activities:

My interests in HIV/AIDS research include understanding the prevalence and social behavioral risks among Asian sex workers (male and female), design and evaluate prevention/intervention programs to promote HIV/STI testing and other protective behaviors among Asian migrant and immigrant populations.

  • Co-I on NIH R01: "Sexuality, HIV/Drug in 3 Groups of Asian/Gay/Bi men/MSM"
  • Proposal submitted: "HIV/STI Risk Factors and Psychological Correlates among Female High Risk Cohorts in China", Role, PI

Current HIV/AIDS Service Activities:

  • Serve as member of the NIH Behavioral and Social Sciences Review boards: Fogarty International Research Collaboration Award (FIRCA) and Global Research Initiative Program (GRIP)
