From the Benefactors of the Hirsh Health Law and Policy Program

We are so pleased to have been a catalyst in creating a dynamic program designed to foster an in-depth understanding of health law and its influence over all aspects of health policy and health care practice.

We selected The George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services for this program because we felt it was the ideal setting and because of our affiliation with the University: Harold completed his post-graduate training in medicine at the medical school and hospital, and GW afforded him the broadest opportunities to teach health care law.
