For the Authors

This section of the website is designed to inform authors of the guidelines and eligibility requirements of the journal as well as to guide authors through the submission and peer- review process. Information in this section may be accessed by scrolling over the tabs on the left-hand side of the page and clicking on the desired fly-out option or by clicking on the link above.

Potential authors will need to pay close attention to the information provided in the following sections:

  • Guidelines - General information about what constitutes a "publishable" case study may be found here.
  • Eligibility - This section defines the unique author and co-author requirements of the journal.
  • How to Submit - This section outlines the submission process, including deliverables and due dates.
  • Format Guides - Case studies should be formatted according to the guidelines provided in this section.

Authors who have submitted a Letter of Intent to submit a case study will need to pay attention to the information contained within the following sections:

  • Authorship Form - All authors and co-authors MUST complete and return this form in order to be considered eligible for publication.
  • Author Checklist - This checklist is provided as a quick and easy reminder of requirements for publication.
  • Peer Review Process - The guidelines are offered to help authors navigate the peer review/editorial process.

All prospective authors and authors who have already submitted work should pay close attention to the Important Dates guidelines.
