Erika first joined the Ravenswood staff in 2003 as a Volunteer Program Coordinator, while she also attended college part-time. She created the entire volunteer program from scratch, set up a Patient Advocacy Program, and trained volunteers. In less than a year, Erika agreed to assume the role of Interim Clinic Coordinator, stepping in to fill this important role for the health center. Although new to the role, Erika quickly became adept at the numerous daily challenges of running a clinic and supervising staff. After 15 months, Erika took on a new role as a Project Analyst, working with the Executive Team to improve clinic flow, develop policies and procedures, and training front desk staff in the practice management system. Most recently, Erika was named as the Interim Clinic Coordinator for a new satellite site. She is a well-respected young leader who looks forward to new challenges and works well with other staff members.
