As with any Web site operator, CHSRP analyzes our Web site logs to constantly improve the value of our Web site. Our Web site logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Resale or disclosure of information to third parties:

CHSRP does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including our email lists. CHSRP maintains email lists to keep interested individuals, the press, and policy makers informed about our work. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing list. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. Some of our funders are interested in the types of individuals who visit our site and request to join our e-mail lists. We do not share the names of individual subscribers with these parties, but we do share organizational affiliations and titles. However, individuals joining our e-mail lists may choose to not provide that information and only provide their e-mail addresses when joining our e-mail lists. E-mail addresses are not shared with funders. If you subscribed to our e-mail newsletter(s) but do not want to receive it in the future, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions contained in the newsletter(s).

Our email list service is hosted by MailerMailer.com, which has its own privacy policy. Email list subscribers are linked to the MailerMailer.com website to update their entry or to unsubscribe. Their web servers may collect the domain name or IP address of visitors to their web page(s). The information they collect may be used to create an aggregate demographic profile of their user base so that they can improve content and services and provide aggregate information to potential advertisers (no individual information is provided to any third-party without your consent). They may share collected information with another company in the event that they merge with or are acquired by another company. Upon request, they will provide you with the information (e.g., email address, name, etc.) that we maintain about you. MailerMailer.com strives to maintain appropriate security measures in their physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that they have collected from you for being part of our email list. Although MailerMailer.com takes reasonable measures to secure the data, they cannot guarantee that the measures taken are or will remain adequate.
