"Section 6.22.2. Transition Services. The HEALTH PLAN is responsible for care in the following situations...
D.  CD Services. Services that have been authorized by the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund (CCDTF) prior to the Recipient's enrollment in PMAP will continue to be reimbursed by the CCDTF through the duration of the period authorized. After the authorization period expires, the HEALTH PLAN will be responsible for providing all Medically Necessary services. For Enrollees who are in an inpatient hospital or a Rule 35 facility (i.e. extended care, halfway house or freestanding residential CD treatment facility [IMD]) at the time of enrollment in the HEALTH PLAN, the effective date of the enrollment will be delayed until the month following the Enrollee's discharge from the CD facility."  Minnesota Contract, pages 71-72.
