Brief Project Description
The LSUHCSD care system serves over 7,500 HIV+ persons, yet at any given time, many may be out of care. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness in electronic linkages within a network of care so that clients may be identified and linked into care at any site throughout the state, expediting client identification and care provision. The purpose of this four-year study is to evaluate patient and provider satisfaction with the system, reduction in time to re-engage clients, and improvement in health care utilization outcomes.
