Monitoring and Evaluation of the HIV Testing Campaign

Brief Project Description

In 2006, Washington, DC, became the first city in the US to recommend routine testing for all its residents and to provide over 75,000 free OraQuick Rapid HIV screening kits to facilitate the goal. The purpose of this evaluation is to characterize process and outcome measures associated with the campaign, and make recommendations regarding the integration of routine screening into community-based and other clinical care.
