Participation on a community trial and cost-effectiveness analysis evaluating a relatively new approach to treating dental caries in three Latin American countries. Development of some of the protocols and participation in the design and development of others. Travel to Ecuador, Panama and Uruguay to train the project investigators in the protocols and data collection forms, and to supervise the launching of parts of the intervention.
