SPHHS Classroom Request Form


 

All SPHHS students requesting classroom space at Ross Hall for interest group meetings and special events must complete the request form and have it reviewed/signed by the SPHHS Student Services, Ross Hall, Suite 202, (202) 994-2632 at least 72 hours prior to the requested date of the event.

Once the request form is signed by the Office of Student Services, it will then be submitted to Classroom Services or Event Management, Ross Hall, Suite 402, for processing. In turn, SPHHS Student Serivces will e-mail you a confirmation with the specific details for your event. Please be advised that space is limited and not always available and classrooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
