Here at GW it’s the start of a new semester, and for all, the start of a new year and decade.

As we outline our goals for the year communicating with our alumni is at the top of the list. We want to connect with you, hear about where you’re working, what you’re doing, how your experience here has impacted your career, and your thoughts for the future.

You are a vital part of what makes the GW School of Public Health and Health Services the passionate place it is. In the words of a recent alumnus, "Both during the program and as a recent graduate, you find alumni who inspire you, who challenge you, who make you excited and who you reach out to when you have a question, and who are there for you when you need support."

We recently created print and video promotional materials for the school, featuring students, staff, and alumni from each department. We’d like to continue highlighting our alumni and feature you and your work on our web site as well as in the Progress magazine, the Medical Center’s Medicine & Health magazine, and right here in the e-newsletter.

Let us know where you’re working and what you’re doing. Send us your stories (it can be brief), and your photos. You can email the alumni office, or you can share your news online.

Be well,

Josef J. Reum
Interim Dean
