Frequently Asked Questions and General Concerns

  1. I cannot download the application successfully.
    If you are on a slow connection, defined as anything slower than 56 K, download the Microsoft Word application.
  2. I cannot view the files.
    Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the website above.
  3. Why is the file printing fewer than the number of expected pages?
    Make sure that you select "print all" from the printing options, and not "selected pages."
