Help with Downloading

There are 2 ways you can download the SPHHS application. You can download the application using Adobe Acrobat or MSWord. To choose how you want to download the application, please select from the following

• Downloading the application using Adobe Acrobat: This file is a single file containing the whole application. A complete download of this file should be 774 KB, 29 pages, and in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Download the PDF file here.
  To view the application PDF file(s), you will need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat software from Adobe. The direct link to download this software is: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
• Downloading the application using MSWord: This file is a single file containing the whole application. A complete download of this file should be 552 KB, 29 pages, and in Microsoft Word Document format. Download the Word Document here.

Frequently Asked Questions and General Concerns

1. I cannot download the application successfully.
   If you are on a slow connection, defined as anything slower than 56 K, download the Microsoft Word application.
2. I cannot view the files.
   Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the website above.
3. Why is the file printing fewer than the number of expected pages?
   Make sure that you select "print all" from the printing options, and not "selected pages."
