Graduate Applications

The GW School of Public Health and Health Services (SPHHS) Committee on Admissions invites you to submit your application for admission. Each application is carefully reviewed. The instructions located in the SPHHS Admissions Application detail the required documents you must submit to complete your application for review by the Committee on Admissions.

Spring 2008 (and later) Applicants. If you are applying for Spring 2008 or later, please click on the gold star to your right to access the instructions. The application deadlines listed here are those dates that your application must be submitted to SOPHAS and your SPHHS Secondary Application must be postmarked and sent to GW. Please apply as early as possible before the posted deadlines for full scholarship consideration.

All of the required admissions documents must be received before your application is considered complete for review.
