Biography

Dr. Kris Lehnhardt is an Attending Physician and Assistant Professor at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine in both Canada and the United States and he works clinically in the Emergency Departments at the George Washington University Hospital and the DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. His current duties include:

  • Director, Fellowship in Extreme Environmental Medicine
  • Aviation Medical Examiner, Federal Aviation Administration
  • Medical Director, Department of Emergency Medicine Training Center
  • Medical Director, Emergency Medical Response Group (EMeRG)
  • Remote and Telemedicine Physician, Maritime Medical Access
