Set up an archive folder
It is easy to set up an archive folder on your F:\ drive. Once you start archiving, you can set up subfolders by topic, committee, or project – any category you chose.
- First note of caution: archiving messages to your F:\ drive will utilize allotted storage space, so you should be careful to archive only those messages that are of importance to you. You should also review your archived messages regularly and delete any that are no longer necessary.
- Second note of caution: although it is possible to configure your GroupWise account to archive to your hard drive (your C:\ drive), this is not recommended because your archived information will be lost in a case of hardware failure.
