Update on
GWPrints System
Implementation of GWPrints at Himmelfarb is entering the
final stages. To ease the transition to the campus-wide system,
the library set up GWPrints in two phases. On August 6th,
eleven stations on the library's main floor, and six stations
in the AV study center were routed to the GWPrints system.
Print jobs sent from those stations could only be retrieved
with a valid GWorld card. Other stations remained unchanged.
On August 15th, the remaining computers on the library's
main floor and the AV Study Center were connected to the GWPrints
system. Now all users wishing to print documents must use
the print release stations, and have a valid GWorld card.
Please note, at the present time there is no charge for print
jobs and no funds will be deducted from your card. Charging
for print jobs will begin on September 3rd, in accordance
with University policy.
