Gateway to selected drug information from the National Library of Medicine and other key government agencies.  Covers drugs from the time they are entered into clinical trials through their entry in the market place.  Single search interface provides access to AIDSinfo, ChemIDplus, ClinicalTrials.gov, DailyMed, DEA, Dietary Supplements Labels Database, Drugs@FDA, HSDB, LactMed, Medline/PubMed, MedlinePlusDrug, NIAID ChemDB, PubChem, TOXLINE, and USA.gov.

Electronic Orange Book: Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations

FDA database that allows users to FDA approved drugs to determine therapeutic equivalence.  Users may search by active ingredient, proprietary name, applicant holder, or application number, or patent.

Lexi-Comp

Comprehensive clinical drug information tool.  Includes Lexi-Interact (drug interaction module), Lexi-Drug ID (tablet and capsule identification), Lexi-CALC (medical calculators), I.V. Compatibility, and a Patient Care Module (patient education handouts).

Drug information is provided by Gold Standard, and includes generic and brand name drugs, investigational medications, neutraceuticals, and nutritional products. Drug information includes Indications/Dosage, Administration, Contraindications/Precautions, Interactions,Adverse Reactions, Monitoring Parameters, Chemical Structures, and Patient Education. Also provides safety notices and FDA approvals. Drug information can be downloaded to PDA.
