New Copyright and Blackboard Guidelines

The George Washington University has issued new guidelines regarding posting copyrighted materials including articles, book chapters, images, and videos to Blackboard. The guidelines provide information to all faculty members on how to utilize Blackboard while staying in compliance with copyright law. Posting copyrighted materials to password protected systems like Blackboard does not exempt you from complying with copyright law.
