Here's an article I think the professor was pointing me to -- it's a review piece, it's about the Immunology of TB, it's in Tuberculosis and it's from within the past 10 years.

Flynn JL. Immunology of tuberculosis and implications in vaccine development. Tuberculosis. 84(1-2):93-101, 2004.

Citation:
Immunology of tuberculosis and implications in vaccine development • REVIEW ARTICLE
Tuberculosis, Volume 84, Issues 1-2, 2004, Pages 93-101
JoAnne L. Flynn

The entire article can be accessed from Himmelfarb's website as a PDF file or Abstract (with or without References).

This article seems to fit the professor's description because it includes an extensive discussion about each of the components of the immune response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Here is the article I think the professor is referring to
Flynn JL. Immunology of tuberculosis and implications in vaccine development. [Review] Tuberculosis. 84(1-2):93-101, 2004.

The article can be obtained full-text and is accessible via MEDLINE or through the E-Journals link on the library website. I think this is the article because it is a review article providing a detailed description of the immunology of TB.

available via the library website ovid search (past 10 years)
in journal "tuberculosis" as requested. Doing a search in this journal over the past 10 years revealed 7 results. This article discusses the immunology and is clinicaly relevant, which would be most important to my professor.
