RSS Feeds on OvidSP

In the new OvidSP interface for MEDLINE, other Ovid databases, and full-text journals, you can set up RSS feeds for automatic, regular delivery of content. You can use RSS feeds to have new search results and newly published articles delivered to you automatically.

RSS feeds in OvidSP include:

  • Journal eTOCs - Get the table of contents for a new journal issue as soon as the issue is available in Journals@Ovid; eTOC's can are also available via email AutoAlert. Himmelfarb Library subscribes to more than 500 full-text journals from Ovid.

  • Publish-Ahead-of-Print Journal eTOCs - Journals@Ovid also offers some Lippincott Williams & Wilkins journal articles electronically before these articles appear. Publish-Ahead-of-Print Journal eTOCs are also available via email AutoAlert.

  • Saved Searches - You can save a search strategy and have new articles that match your search automatically delivered via RSS. You can also have these new search results delivered via email AutoAlert. Himmelfarb Library subscribes to a range of Ovid databases including MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Global Health, AMED, International Pharmaceutical Abstracts, SPORTDiscus, and Ovid's EBM databases.
