This team will be working on issues of HIV prevention and education. DC has one of the highest HIV rates in the country.

This is a newly forming team, working with an organization that had previously partnered with ISCOPES back in 1999 and 2000. The partnership for this year is pending. If solidified, the team would begin its work from the very beginning; listening, identifying strengths, and assessing needs.
