In order to anticipate and better manage expectations, it is helpful to consider the roles and responsibilities that each stakeholder plays in an ISCOPES team. These roles and responsibilities are described by type of stakeholder and also include additional information (where appropriate) on time commitments, benefits of participation, leadership opportunities, and evaluation.
