Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center : IMP formed a relationship with Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center in 2004. The agreement was formed to establish medical education and training programs for Hammoud faculty and students.

American University of Beirut : IMP signed a letter of agreement with American University in Beirut in 2004 to establish a medical student exchange program and collaboration.

Trad Hospital and Medical Center : IMP signed a letter of agreement with Trad Hospital and Medical Center in 2004 to establish medical education and training programs for Hammoud faculty and students.
