Will Neil is a Research Assistant for the GWU Homeland Security Policy Institute in Washington, DC. He is a 2005 Graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kingspoint, NY where he majored in Systems Engineering with a Minor in Nuclear Engineering. Mr. Neil is an Ensign in the United States Navy Reserve, an Emergency Medical Technician since 2002 and has earned multiple certificates in emergency response, emergency management, firefighting, hazardous materials response, port and ship security and weapons of mass destruction.
