Overview

On Friday, December 14th, 2012, The George Washington University Cybersecurity Initiative held its inaugural event. This event, Cybersecurity Priorities: Looking Forward to the Upcoming Administration & Congress, featured former Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Mike Rogers, and incoming Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee Michael McCaul. The assembled panelist and commentators provided expert insights and fueled what is becoming a critical dialogue on how best to address our nation's cyber vulnerabilities. Perhaps most importantly, the panelists, commentators, and audience members helped to frame the key issues that ought to be cyber priorities for the next Administration and Congress.
