We Want Your Feedback!

Blackboard

Once you login to the Blackboard Learning System, you gain access to the syllabi, course-related materials, assignments, assessments, and other communication features your instructors have chosen for use in your class.

All of the GWU Health Sciences Programs distance education classes are taught with Blackboard, so you should make certain that you are comfortable using it. You can login to Blackboard here using your NetID and password.

Remember, to access Blackboard, you will need a Colonial Mail account. The Blackboard system is directly linked to your Cmail account. Your Blackboard login ID is the same as your Cmail login ID and the two systems share the same password. If you neglected to set up your Colonial Mail account please do so now. (See step 3 in this series)

Take some time to familiarize yourself with the Blackboard interface and its features. The GWU Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning has provided animated tutorials to help you with this process.

The GWU Helpdesk has set up an excellent FAQ to answer all your questions about Blackboard. You can see it here.
