Spirituality and Health Care Graduate Certificate Program

Program Requirements

To be admitted to the program, students must present evidence of successful completion of an undergraduate degree in a related field, including medicine, science, philosophy, social work, and nursing.

Students must successfully complete 15 semester hours. These include 12 semester hours in the field of spirituality and health; and 1 elective course to be awarded the Spirituality and Health Care Graduate Certificate. Each course is worth 3 credit hours.

The course sequence has been structured so that entering cohorts of students will take all required courses together, providing an opportunity to build cohesion and networks of support among students. This will promote the success of participants and the program.
