Nursing needs more nurses who have management and leadership education and demonstrated competency. One of the issues with nursing retention is with leadership and management within the field. Nurses need and want to work with good leaders. They also want to be good leaders and managers themselves. They need an interdisciplinary approach so they can meet the health-care challenges. The Nursing Leadership and Management program prepares nurses to fulfill the need so many health-care facilities face. This program will prepare you to navigate the intricacies of our complex health-care delivery system.
