Jane Jestila , BS, MS, RN

Assistant Professor

Ms. Jestila is currently an independent clinical research consultant for human trials and clinical compliance. Prior to working in clinical research, she was a registered nurse in the states of Arizona and Massachusetts and she also worked in Washington, DC. She received a B.S. degree from Arizona State University, at which time she served as an intern in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, DC and went on to earn her M.S. degree at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She has professional experience in academics, industry as well as clinical experience in various roles including study coordinator, Director of Clinical Affairs, Program Coordinator, and Clinical Monitor. More recently, Ms. Jestila obtained a post-graduate certificate in Clinical Research Administration from the George Washington University CRA program. While working in the various roles above, she has conducted site visits in multiple EU countries, participated in worldwide investigator meetings and has been responsible for data reconciliation of non-US data for NDAs that included data from multiple countries outside of the United States. In addition, Ms. Jestila is a Permanent Resident of the United Kingdom currently residing in the U.S. with a regional office in Phoenix, Arizona. This is her second year serving as adjunct professor in the George Washington University Clinical Research Administration Program.
