Tom Arant is a consultant whose experience includes more than 25 years of senior corporate management positions first in health care services and subsequently in clinical research. His current consulting work chiefly relates to device/drug study-report preparation and outcomes research studies. Tom holds an MBA (Calif. State Univ.), MSHS (Clinical Research Administration, George Washington Univ.), and numerous certifications in health economics, clinical research and health care management. He resides with his family in Carlsbad, California and is a part-time youth baseball coach.
