Ozgur Ekmekci , , Ed.D., CSLSS

Assistant Professor

I am currently serving as an assistant professor at the Department of Clinical Management and Leadership within the School of Medicine at The George Washington University. I teach courses on leadership, organizational change, research methods, and healthcare management. My research interests include: organizational identification; quality and safety; process improvement; temporality; and agent-based modeling. I have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, a master’s degree in business administration, and a doctoral degree in human and organizational learning. I also hold certification in Six Sigma Lean Sensei and qualification in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. I am a member of the Academy of Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and CPP, Inc.
