Blood Banking for Clinical Laboratory Science Certificate Program

Program Requirements

• CLS 119: Introduction to Immunologic Fundamentals (3 cr.)
• CLS 125: Immunohematology I (1 cr.)
• CLS 126: Immunohematology II (2 cr.)
• CLS 118: Laboratory Operations (1 cr.)
• CLS 140: Clinical Laboratory Management (3 cr.)
• CLS 134: Transfusion Service Practicum (3 cr.)

**Certified Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) would be permitted to obtain advanced standing for Immunohematology I and Laboratory Operations by passing examinations.
