Note: Tuition rates are subject to change without notice.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program tuition will be assessed as follows:
Year 1 (first three semesters of the program): $820 per credit hour.
Year 2 (final semester of the program): $853 per credit hour.

The tuition is capped at 12 credit hours per semester meaning that even if you are enrolled in a higher number of credits, you will still be charged as though you are only enrolled for 12 credits.

The total cost of the program is about $39,000 but is subject to increase slightly due the annual change in the cost per credit hour.

Applicants to the Doctor of Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Pharmacogenomics, Sonography, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programs are required to send in non-refundable deposit in order to complete the enrollment process. The deposit is $1000.00 for Physician Assistant Program, $575.00 for DPT and $275 for Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sonography and Pharmacogenomics Programs. The tuition deposit will be credited (less $75.00 orientation fees) towards registration. This is due upon submission of the Declaration of Intent.
Please write your name and GWID number on the face of the check or money order made payable to The George Washington University. Please send payment directly to the Admission's Office. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt.

There is a one- time lab fee of $220 that will be added to the NURS 111 course.

There is a Kaplan fee of $112.50 per student per semester. We are implementing the Kaplan testing and review system into each semester and will serve as your review course for the NCLEX-RN during the final semester.
