Clinical Requirements

Students must record 600 to 650 hours of clinicals with an approved preceptor. ANP students are encouraged to find their own preceptor, but the department can provide information on local clinical sites if needed. Preceptor and site information must be submitted to the department for approval before a student's clinical work can begin, and a faculty member will conduct a site visit at some point during your rotations.
