Faculty Resources
Use the repository to store and find eLearning materials, digital media, and other resources to enhance your courses. The repository also includes resources for your professional development, such as recorded webinars.
We encourage you to use the repository to catalogue your original scholarly work, and to make your materials available for broader publication under a Creative Commons license.
Click here to download step-by-step instructions for using the repository.
Materials and resources may include:
- eLearning modules
- Presentations (with or without narration)
- Podcasts
- Videos
- Digital images (photos or graphics)
- Assessment tools
- Case studies
- Guides, handbooks, and manuals
- Curriculla and Syllabi
- Articles/Narratives
- Anything else you produce to enhance your courses
You can determine whether your resources are made available to the public, or limit distribution to GWU faculty only. Public materials are made available for use by all faculty, inside and outside of GW, under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial Share Alike license. This means they can be used in not-for-profit programs as long with attribution to the author and GWU.
Non-public materials are only available to registered GWU Nursing or Health Sciences faculty. They will not appear in a search by visitors from outside of this group. If you are a GWU faculty member and would like to use something that was created by one of your colleagues, you should ask their permission before doing so.
All submissions are welcome, but will be reviewed for inclusion on the site. We also welcome any ideas you might have about this website, links you would like to see, and any other creative ideas you may have.
If you are interested in developing eLearning materials or other educational resources and and would like instructional design, graphic art or media production assistance, the Health Sciences Instructional Technology staff is here to help.
