While some coaches are thinking about the “Big Dance” in March, GW Colonials Basketball
Head Coach Karl Hobbs is “getting in the game” this September to encourage men in
the District to get tested for Prostate Cancer. Coach Hobbs can be seen with his wife Joann
and GW Assistant Coaches Darrell Brooks and Roland Houston in public service announcements
that urge men to get tested. These announcements will be aired on WUSA 9, a partner of the GW
Cancer Institute, throughout September.
