The genome profiling service and SNP 6.0 array analysis offered by the Genomics Core Facility allows clients to submit cell or tissue samples, which can be analyzed for expression pattern of the RNAs using Affymetrix GeneChip arrays that can evaluate quantitatively greater than 60,000 distinct genes.
