Focus on Fitness Program
Fitness and Wellness Program
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7-9 am “Free” time
(time when participants can use the aerobic and strength equipment
on their own but with guidance from their personal coach(es)
in addition to scheduled time slots for fitness assessments and
counseling.)
- Tuesday, Thursday 8-10am “Free” time
(time when participants can use the aerobic and strength equipment
on their own but with guidance from their personal coach(es)
in addition to scheduled time slots for fitness assessments and
counseling.)
- Tuesday 8-9 am: Group fitness class (optional
for all participants) (i.e. step aerobics, strength & stretch,
etc.)
- Wednesday 7-8: Group fitness class (optional
for all participants) (i.e. step aerobics, strength & stretch,
etc.)
- Monthly or biweekly days and times to be determined:
we will offer either a (one-time) new fun physical
activity to introduce members to new activity options,
examples of activities include: yoga, tai chi, walking
techniques, tennis, water aerobics, functional training,
taking the gym outdoors, etc..
- Fitness and Wellness Program only:
- Bi Monthly health series. Examples include: stress management,
nutrition, osteoporosis prevention, emotional eating, the
myths of fad diets, overcoming exercise obstacles, etc.

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7am to 8am
