Application Process

The Department will use the Electronic Residency Application Service ERAS to process and review candidates' eligibility. A letter from the Dean, three (3) letters of recommendation, an official transcript, a personal statement, a curriculum vitae, scores from Steps 1 and 2 of the National Board examinations, and photograph should be submitted to ERAS between September 1, 2007 when the ERAS Post Office opens and the application deadline, Tuesday, November 1, 2007.
