Registration for this course is closed.
Enrollment Fee
The registration fee for this 3-day hands-on wound care course is $695 for physicians and $595 for physician assistants, nurse practitioners and other allied health care professions. Full payment is required with the completed registration form to reserve a place in the course. If you register on or after October 1, 2006 please add $100 to the registration fee. The registration fee for all attendees includes reprints of slides, speaker presentations, continental breakfast each day, and refreshment breaks. All registration forms, with payment, must be received by the Office of CEHP before October 27, 2006; however, enrollment space in general sessions and skills workshops is limited and may be filled at an earlier date. Early registration is strongly encouraged. Written confirmation of registration is mailed within one week of receipt of your completed form and full payment.
Cancellation Policy
We all have unforeseen emergencies which may occur. In order to accommodate these possibilities we will accept notification of cancellation until October 13, 2006. All cancellation requests must be in writing and must include your home address and social security number in order to process refund payment. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 13, 2006. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone.
Cancellations received before October 13, 2006 will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 administrative fee at the conclusion of the course. The reimbursement will take about 3-4 weeks to process. Should you wish to substitute a colleague, simply fax notification of their name and contact information by October 27 so that we may prepare registration materials.
Course Location
This course will be held in Walter G. Ross Hall at The George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC. Ross Hall is located at 2300 Eye Street, NW Washington, DC which next to the Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Subway Station (Orange or Blue Line). Why not come to Washington a few days early or stay a few days late to enjoy world-famous attractions. Within walking distance is the White House, Washington Monument, Georgetown, the Smithsonian Institution Museums, the Watergate Hotel, the Lincoln Memorial, the FDR Memorial, the U.S. Capitol, and so much more. Or if you are in for some shopping, GWU is just blocks from Georgetown Mall, China Town, Hecht's, and The Shops at National Place.
Getting Here
For air travel, Washington National Airport is most convenient to The George Washington University. From the airport you can take a cab, or ride the Metro subway Blue Line from the airport to Foggy Bottom/GWU station. For rail travel, you will want to come into Union Station (which is served by Amtrak) in Washington, DC. From Union Station take the Metro subway Red Line to Metro Center station. At Metro Center transfer to the Blue or Orange Line. Then take the Blue or Orange Line to Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro station.
For people driving to the conference each day, there is visitor parking available on The George Washington University campus. Click
here to view detailed directions. For people commuting to the conference by Metro Subway system, please be aware that Metro does not open until 8:00am on the weekends.
