Enrollment Fee
Tuition received on or before Friday, May 29, 2009 for this course is $475 for physician assistants and nurse practitioners and $345 for new graduates and students (verification required with your registration form and payment). Tuition received on May 30 or after, for this course is $525 for PA's and NP's and $395 for new graduates and students. In addition to the conference, this fee includes a comprehensive course syllabus, continental breakfast, and refreshment breaks. We are offering an EKG workshop on Friday, July 17, 2009 (limited to 25 participants each) at a cost of $60 per person prior to May 29th and $80 on or after May 30h. Registration forms, with payment, must be received in the Office of CEHP before July 3, 2009. Enrollment will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Enrollment space is limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
Cancellation Policy
We all have unforeseen emergencies which may occur. In order to accommodate
these possibilities we will accept notification of cancellation until June 19,
2009. All cancellation requests must be in writing and must include your home
address and social security number in order to process refund payment. No
refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date.
Cancellations received before June 19, 2009 will receive a full refund, less a
$50.00 administrative fee at the conclusion of the Board Review. The
reimbursement will take about 3-4 weeks to process. Should you wish to
substitute a colleague, simply fax notification of their name and contact
information by July 3 so that we may prepare registration materials.
Course Location
This course will be held in 1957 E Street, NW at The George Washington University which is approximately 8 blocks from the Foggy Bottom/GWU Metro Subway Station (Orange or Blue Line). Why not come to Washington a few days early or stay a few days late to enjoy world-famous attractions. Within walking distance are the White House, Washington Monument, Georgetown, the Smithsonian Institution Museums, the Watergate Hotel, the Lincoln Memorial, the FDR Memorial, the U.S. Capitol, and so much more. Or if you are in for some shopping, GWU is just blocks from Georgetown Mall, China Town, Macy’s, and The Shops at National Place.

The George Washington University Inn is just a few blocks from 1957 E Street, NW, which is where the course will be held. When calling for reservations, please be sure to mention that you will be attending the “GW Physician Assistant Board Review Course” to ensure that you receive the discounted group rate of $129 per night plus tax (currently 14.5%). This room rate will be available until our block is sold out or until Wednesday, June 12, 2009, whichever comes first. After that reservations will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis. Valet parking is available at the hotel at a rate of $24.64 (plus tax) per day. Also if you plan to arrive before 3:00 pm please be sure to ask for early check in when you call for reservations.
Getting Here
For air travel, Ronald Reagan Washington National
Airport (DCA) is most convenient to The George Washington University and is
connected by Metro's Blue Line. Other airports in the area are Dulles
International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI).

Metropolitan area at Union Station, also conveniently located on Metro's Red
Line.
From National Airport: If you are traveling by plane and flying directly into
Reagan National Airport, you can reach the campus by taxi, which will cost
approximately $15. You can also reach campus by taking the Metro Blue line
(towards Addison Road). Exit at
"Farragut West" Metro, at 18th and I Streets. Walk south on 18th Street (towards
National Mall) until you reach E Street. Turn right on E Street, and continue
until you reach 1957 E Street, between 19th and 20th Streets.
From Dulles Airport: If you are flying into Dulles International Airport, you
can take a Super Shuttle van to downtown Washington. The fee for the van is $22
one way, with $10 for each additional person, and $44 roundtrip. Tickets can be
purchased at the airport. The van will drop you off at any location you specify,
including 1957 E Street or Hotel.
By Train: If you are traveling by train, you will arrive at Union Station where
you have two options to continue. You can take a taxi for the approximate cost
of $7 to 1957 E Street or you can take the Metro Red line (towards Shady Grove).
Exit at "Farragut West" Metro, at 18th and I Streets. Walk south on 18th Street
(towards National Mall) until you reach E Street. Turn right on E Street, and
continue until you reach 1957 E Street, between 19th and 20th Streets.
By Metro: If you are traveling by Metro to campus, exit at the stop marked
"Farragut West" Metro, at 18th and I Streets. Walk south on 18th Street (towards
National Mall) until you reach E Street. Turn right on E Street, and continue
until you reach 1957 E Street, between 19th and 20th Streets.

Getting to GW University by car from the south: From I-95 north, take I-395 north towards Washington, DC. Take exit #8B/Washington Blvd/Pentagon/Arlington Cemetery/Rosslyn onto Washington Blvd (VA-27 N). Take left ramp toward George Washington Memorial Parkway North/US-50 W/Rosslyn (US-50 W)/Key Bridge/US Marine Corps War Mem’l/Netherland Carillon. At Memorial Drive, take first exit onto Arlington Memorial Bridge. Continue on Lincoln Memorial Drive Circle, SW. Turn left on 23rd Street, NW. Turn right on F Street, NW. Turn right on 19th Street, NW. Turn right on E Street, NW. Continue on to 1957 E Street.
Getting to GW University by car from the north:
From I-95 south, take the Capital Beltway, which is I-495 west. If you reach
I-495 from Rockville via Rt. 270, you will get on the Beltway going east. In
either case, take Exit 33 south onto Connecticut Avenue going south. Stay on
Connecticut Avenue approximately 9 miles. As you approach the Dupont Circle
area, turn right onto Florida Avenue. Continue on 23rd Street, NW. At Washington
Circle,, NW, take 5th exit onto Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Turn right on 19th
Street, NW. Turn right on E Street, NW. Continue on to 1957 E Street.
A visitor’s parking lot is located at 1957 E Street. Parking rates are
approximately $22.00 per day.
