Registration and Fees Include:

  • Pre-course web-based materials (available in June)
  • 5-day Live course with daily refreshments and lunch
  • Hard copy of syllabus
  • Streaming files of audio of lectures timed to slides (available at close of course)
  • Downloadable audio files of lectures (available shortly after the close of the course)

Registration Receipt and Confirmation

If registering online, you will receive an automated response immediately. On the next business day, you will receive your official receipt and confirmation with course details. Please add cehp@gwu.edu to your address book to ensure you receive the e-mail and it does not go to your Spam folder.

If you register for the 2012 Live Course prior to the availability of the web-based materials in June of 2012, you will receive an e-mail with your login information when the materials become available.


Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing (e-mailed to cehp@gwu.edu or faxed to 202-994-1791).

  • Cancellations received before the online materials are made available (in June) are subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • Between the date online materials are made available and August 15, 2012, only transfers to the Home Study Course are available and refunds will be issued for the difference between the Live Course tuition and Home Study Course tuition, less a $50 fee.
  • Tuition is not refundable after August 15, 2012; however, participants who notify us in writing that they are unable to attend the Live Course will be transferred to the Home Study Course.
  • Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant.

The cancellation policy applies to tuition only. GW is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. If GW cancels this event, it is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. GW does not cancel events due to inclement weather. Speakers subject to change without notice.
