Hillary Thomas-Lake is the Managing Director and co-founder of the international development consulting firm LTL Strategies. She is a conflict management, communications, policy, and international development specialist with 20 years of experience in international affairs and business development. Thomas-Lake holds a BSFS from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, a Master’s in International Public Policy (MIPP) from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, and is a PhD candidate in International Relations focusing on Conflict Management/African Studies at SAIS.
