Himmelfarb Library recommends the VPN(GWireless).

Eligibility

GW faculty, staff, and students.

Benefit

• Provides off-campus access to electronic resources for users who cannot use the VPN(GWireless).

Requirements

Users must know their GWid (the letter 'G' followed by an 8-digit number).

• Users may retrieve their GWid at http://gwid.gwu.edu/.
• Users unable to retrieve their GWid with a GW NetID (username@gwu.edu email address), may contact the Banner security office at (202) 994-0567.

Access Instructions

1. Access the Himmelfarb Library website, and select the database, e-text, or e-journal which you would like to access.
2. When the ALADIN login screen is displayed, securely login with your last name and GWid.
3. The database or e-text that you selected should display automatically.
