Rural Healthy People 2010
Rural Healthy People 2010 is a companion document to Healthy People 2010 (HP 2010). It addresses a subset of HP 2010 objectives deemed critical for rural communities in a survey of more than 1000 rural health "stakeholders." The Rural Healthy People 2010 Web site includes links to the report, an associated series of literature reviews, and a database of programs called Models for Practice.
